On the morning of March 23, Professor Arsen K. Melikov from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) visited the International Joint Laboratory of Low Carbon Building Environment, Ministry of Education, and conducted a series of academic exchanges focusing on advanced ventilation theories and technologies. Professor Li Angui, Director of the Joint Laboratory and Dean of the School of Building Environmental Science and Engineering, accompanied the visit.

During his visit, Professor Melikov gained an in-depth understanding of the Joint Laboratory’s core research directions, research achievements, key technological innovations, and the transformation and application of existing scientific research outcomes in the field of underground space and built environment assurance. He also visited the laboratory’s high-altitude multi-environment simulation platform and other facilities on site. Meanwhile, Professor Melikov introduced the research progress and experimental conditions of personalized ventilation technology at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The two sides exchanged views and held discussions on the key technological innovations of the Joint Laboratory in characteristic fields such as underground space environment assurance and low-carbon technologies for the built environment.Committed to promoting international academic exchanges and joint talent training, the Joint Laboratory aims to build a Sino-foreign cooperation platform for low-carbon building environment technologies.
