The 15th Five-Year Plan period is poised to kick off, with economic and social development shifting fully onto a high-quality track characterized by green transition and digital intelligence. In response to the national strategic guidelines of "accelerating the green transition of development modes", "promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction in the construction sector" and "developing a modern energy system", and to address the core demands of low-carbon development in new urbanization and energy efficiency improvement in the construction and energy industries, we will closely adhere to the orientation of empowering the real economy through science and technology. The Joint Academic Annual Conference of Shaanxi Provincial Society of Refrigeration, hosted by Shaanxi Provincial Society of Refrigeration and co-organized by the International Joint Research Laboratory of Low-Carbon Building Environment of the Ministry of Education and Xi'an International Joint Research Center for Advanced Refrigeration and Cryogenic Technology, is scheduled to be held in Xi'an on January 16, 2026.

With the theme of "Low-Carbon · Intelligence · Collaboration", this conference will consist of two main sections: academic seminars and technology exhibitions. It will focus on hot topics in the fields of refrigeration, building environment and energy, with key highlights including: tackling cutting-edge technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning, upgrading industrial energy efficiency, innovating scenario integration, and promoting industry-academia-research-application collaboration in refrigeration and air conditioning.

We hereby sincerely invite expert representatives from member organizations of Shaanxi Provincial Society of Refrigeration, council members, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, university research teams and other relevant entities to participate in this academic annual conference. We aim to gather the full-chain strengths of the refrigeration sector to facilitate the transformation and application of innovative achievements into production scenarios, and strive to map out development pathways for related industries in Shaanxi and even the western region of China.
